Access Procedure

• Only use MICROSOFT AD AUTHENTICATION.
• Do not use Username and Password option.

Access Requirements

• Only OFFC and GDST personnel need to complete trainings on this platform.
• SAP account with correct CREW CODE.
  

Access issues

1. Verify Your Information: Check your EC/SAP account via FleetHub > Resources > Apps > SAP Success Factors > View My Profile. Ensure the Crew Code and Business Unit fields are correct.
2. If CREW CODE field empty: Go to the IT Helpdesk portal, search for 'SAP HR - Requests', select 'Change/Delete Employee/Data', and request a review of your crew code field.
3. Incorrect Business Unit: Ask your manager to review your Business Unit.

Generic issues 

• Go to the IT Helpdesk portal, search for 'Totara e-Learning – Report an Issue', choose 'learninganddevelopment', and describe your issue.
